Plant-Based Support Group
Gather together to discuss the latest in plant-based research, try new recipes, and appreciate the effects of a plant-based diet.
Both nutritious and delicious, plant-based foods are known to have a positive impact on health and lifespan, even reversing the course of disease. Join the Plant-Based Support Group to learn which foods are the most effective and how to construct a diabetes-busting diet. In addition to plant-based diet support, we cover exercise, rest, and stress management to gain a powerful overall prescription for health.

Meet your physical fitness goals when you schedule one-on-one sessions with Certified Health Coach Betty Thomas.
Betty is highly experienced in both nutrition and fitness, once competing as a professional body builder. In addition to her 13 years as an HMR Certified Health Coach, she also has more than two decades of fitness teaching experience, including pilates and body sculpting at her local YMCA. Betty loves to share her passion for good health through physical fitness and nutrition.
