Personal Fitness Training
Meet your physical fitness goals when you schedule one-on-one sessions with Certified Health Coach Betty Thomas.
Betty is highly experienced in both nutrition and fitness, once competing as a professional body builder. In addition to her 13 years as an HMR Certified Health Coach, she also has more than two decades of fitness teaching experience, including pilates and body sculpting at her local YMCA. Betty loves to share her passion for good health through physical fitness and nutrition.
